The Arai GP-7 SRC ABP Carbon Helmet is Arai's strongest helmet ever made, meeting the highest safety standards FIA 8860-2018 ABP (Advanced Ballistic Protection) that was made mandatory in Formula 1 since 2019. Made entirely from ultra lightweight and immensely strong hand laid carbon fibre the helmet shell is profiled to accommodate the FHR device. The SRC (Super Racing Carbon) construction differs to regular carbon as it is designed to flex without splintering.
