The lightweight CK-6 features a smooth, compact SFL outer shell to to minimise drag and buffeting whilst the inner shell is specially developed for a perfect fit on a child’s head through the use of interchangeable multi-thickness cheek pads. The CK-6 has fourventilation ducts on top of the helmet plus effective ventilation slots in the chin piece.Larger 90mm visor aperture maximizes peripheral vision. The Arai GP-7 SRC ABP Carbon Helmet is Arai's strongest helmet ever made, meeting the highest safety standards FIA 8860-2018 ABP (Advanced Ballistic Protection) that was made mandatory in Formula 1 since 2019. Made entirely from ultra lightweight and immensely strong hand laid carbon fibre the helmet shell is profiled to accommodate the FHR device. The SRC (Super Racing Carbon) construction differs to regular carbon as it is designed to flex without splintering. Any flex in the outer is transferred to the multi-density inner shell which dissipates impact energy resulting in unparalleled protection for the wearer.The visor opening and locking system features lever operation which is simple and effective to use even within the tight confines of a single seater or when wearing gloves.
